I used to be able to pull these bitches off on my old guitar new problem, but my new guitar is giving me problems with them.

Hi Matt.
every guitar is different when it comes to the ideal position for a PH.
why you struggle to produce pinch harmonics with your new guitar i do not know as you’r comment were a little thin on info about the problem at hand.
I can however say that it is easier to produce a PH with a humbucker than a single coil as the output is higher. try increasing you gain (distortion) on you amp and try different thumb (or index) positions and the places you strike the note as it must be produced at the appropriate harmonic nodes for the note to sound.
