I felt very uncomfortable watching this. What sort of message is she sending out. Running from a rabid animal? the devil? voodoo tribal spirits? is she somehow the saviour? I don’t know, I do know I wont be watching this again. Its pretty much offensive on every level. Especially her “man like” face

At first the video reminded me of Madonna’s ‘Like a Prayer’ when it first came out… But only for the first 10 seconds. The lyrics by themselves could be describing a relationship gone bad– the choice in visual elements is what makes it questionable… not to mention disturbing, saddening, pitiful, hard to find words for. I picked my jaw off the floor at the voodoo doll stabbing part, and waited for the ‘hearhen’ to pop out in classic black face. We all know music is a form of expression, but I agree that this is most definitely offensive.
