I always find it a shame that mental illness and depression are so easily written off by society because they can’t SEE anything tangibly wrong with the person.
I lost a cousin because of his depression.

Just because the wounds aren’t clearly visible, it doesn’t mean they aren’t there.
And that applies for the person suffering and those grieving.
